Your objective as a "Sales Manager" is to help your 4 associates get their 4 associates, thus
earning you "CASH BONUS OVERRIDES" or "CBO's"
3. FIELD DIRECTOR
If you are a builder, this position can be an especially lucrative for you. The Field Director receives an
additional Cash Bonus Override for every Gold Layaway Purchase agreement completed within his or
her organization, no matter how deep your organization goes. Here are the requirements that must be met
to be promoted to the Field Director level.
· Build a group of 84 active associates.
· Be at least (2) GLP's past the point you entered. (i.e.- start at an "A" move up to a "C")
· Submit a resume with a picture.
Note: If you're not able to complete your Gold Layaway Purchase a 5% fee is required to renew your Gold Layaway Plan every (6) six months. (5% of the value of the contract... Ex: "A" - $125 cost $6.25 to renew.)
Note: *Commissions are considered earned when the PROCESSING CENTER receives the deposit. They are paid out on a weekly basis. The flexibility of the marketing plan permits each Independent Marketing Associate to sell in the financial range (deposit amount) in which he or she feels most comfortable.
